Terms of Service

Last updated: July 4, 2026

The service

Podcastly lets you save articles, tweets, and videos into collections and generate AI summaries and two-host audio podcasts from them. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Bring your own API keys

Podcastly works with API keys you provide for third-party providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, and ElevenLabs). You are responsible for those keys, for keeping them valid, and for any costs the providers charge for usage made through Podcastly on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not use Podcastly to store, process, or generate unlawful content. When saving content from other websites and services, you are responsible for respecting their terms of service and any applicable rights of content owners.

No warranty

Podcastly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
